Package: plasma-widgets-workspace Version: 4:4.6.5-2 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer,
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Chenged the number of workspaces from 4 in 2 rows to 2 in 1 row. * What was the outcome of this action? After the change the workspace switching behaves properly (slides in horizontal sense and the desktops are side-by-side when pressing Ctrl+F8) but after every reboot (actually probably in a next session), although there keeps two workspaces side-by-side in the panel (1 row) the switching is in vertical sense and the desktops are one above the other when pressing Ctrl+F8). Messing with the pager settings (like setting 2 rows then setting 1 row again) makes it work again. * What outcome did you expect instead? The desktops should stay side-by-side (like shown in the panel) from session to session instead of arbitrarily setting themselves one above the other in the overview. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.0.0-1-486 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages plasma-widgets-workspace depends on: ii libc6 2.13-18 ii libgcc1 1:4.6.1-9 ii libkcmutils4 4:4.6.5-2 ii libkdecore5 4:4.6.5-2 ii libkdeui5 4:4.6.5-2 ii libkdewebkit5 4:4.6.5-2 ii libkio5 4:4.6.5-2 ii libkunitconversion4 4:4.6.5-2 ii libkworkspace4 4:4.6.5-2 ii libplasma3 4:4.6.5-2 ii libplasmaclock4abi1 4:4.6.5-2 ii libqt4-dbus 4:4.7.3-7 ii libqt4-network 4:4.7.3-7 ii libqt4-xml 4:4.7.3-7 ii libqtcore4 4:4.7.3-7 ii libqtgui4 4:4.7.3-7 ii libqtwebkit4 2.1.0~2011week13-2 ii libsolid4 4:4.6.5-2 ii libstdc++6 4.6.1-9 ii libx11-6 2:1.4.4-1 ii libxcomposite1 1:0.4.3-2 ii libxdamage1 1:1.1.3-2 ii libxfixes3 1:5.0-4 ii libxrender1 1:0.9.6-2 ii plasma-dataengines-workspace 4:4.6.5-2 plasma-widgets-workspace recommends no packages. plasma-widgets-workspace suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-qt-kde-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
