I believe that to fix this changing ‘CODEC_TYPE_VIDEO' to ‘AV_TYPE_VIDEO' and ‘CODEC_TYPE_AUDIO' to ‘AV_TYPE_AUDIO' will fix at least this problem (no promises there aren't others).
