as we dont demand rootlogins into kde nor gnome anymore, this bug doesnt affect us anymore. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=582568#22 also indicates its fixed upstream, so you probably want to close it. cheers, Holger
