Package: konqueror Version: 4:4.4.5-2 Severity: normal konqueror, much to my surprise, seems to register itself at a priority level of 100 the x-www-browser alternative:
$ update-alternatives --display x-www-browser x-www-browser - manual mode link currently points to /usr/bin/iceweasel /usr/bin/iceweasel - priority 70 slave x-www-browser.1.gz: /usr/share/man/man1/iceweasel.1.gz /usr/bin/konqueror - priority 100 slave x-www-browser.1.gz: /usr/share/man/man1/konqueror.1.gz Current 'best' version is '/usr/bin/konqueror'. i would think iceweasel should take a higher priority, although seems like epiphany sets a priority of 85, and chromium-browser 40. i don't see any specific guidelines for how to set priorities for alternatives. looking at my installed system, 100 seems to be the highest priority *typically* used for most things (with the notable exception of some java stuff). live well, vagrant -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-qt-kde-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
