I am running KDE on Debian Squeeze (stable). I can re-create this bug 100% of the time. I am only using alsa and my sound card is: Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family) HD Audio Controller
Steps to re-create ************ 1. Play music in Dragon Player or Amarok 2. Go into notifications in system settings and test a sound. 3. Notice that your sound output is now muted in the program playing audio. I can simply 'restart the program' to regain sound in it however it is a bit of a hassle. Problem is, I have no idea how to gain debugging information on this. If someone can tell me how I certainly will.
