Additional informations: At the time of reporting the bug, neither pulseaudio and pulseaudio-module-x11, nor alsa-base and linux-sound-base were installed. After installing them, these problems vanished. But therefore other problems occured.
You can crosscheck the following bugreport for a better overview: bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=240001 The problem seems to be related to Pulseaudio and to the vlc-plugin-pulse.
