since your problem is fixed, I'd say we can consider this fixed. :-)
Plasma adds those delete entries to the context menu of applets, but only if
the applet actually provides a context menu. In the case where the applet
itself does not provide a context menu, Plasma cannot just add that context
menu anyway because that might then interfere with right-click functionality
of the plasmoid. Therefore this nitpick is not considered as a fixable bug by
upstream. (It's also not specific to the activity selection bar.)
