Knetworkmanager is not installed on my system. The apt-policy quoted above is irrelevant and an old residue on this almost exclusively squeeze machine with only very few standalone sid packages. Hardware is a pre-2005 real dual CPU Xeon setup on an Asus board. The bug is a nuisance that needs to be clicked away but breaks nothing for me.
