Right; that is, nspluginviewer is started in Konqueror-with-disabled-plugins 
as well. It does not consume noticeable amounts of CPU, though, and as long as 
it doesn't actually run the plug-ins, that's hardly a bug.

Accordingly, I am making the CPU consumption the main point of this bug.

FWIW, this doesn't happen on akregator which I compiled from KDE trunk (that 
is, nspluginviewer is started, but no high CPU load).
