After a recent sys-upgrade, korganizer ignores my previously defined remote
iCal calendar accessible through ftp. The corresponding Akonadi subresource
doesn't show up anymore in the calendar list, neither in the folder list in
the 'Resource Configuration' dialog displayed when choosing 'Edit...' from
the context menu after right-clicking on the Akonadi resource.
Funny enough, it *does* get listed when clicking the 'Manage Calendar
Sources' button in the 'Resource Configuration' dialog.
