Sometimes I use okular to view remote files. When these remote files are
changed, it can take 10's of seconds for okular to become aware of the changes
and reload the document. The "reload" button solves this, but having a
key-binding like "r" or "control-r" would be even better. XPDF uses "r", which
is my favorite because of it's simplicity.
