kdebase: Should not depend on konqueror-nsplugins due to also depending
on konqueror (which provides the dependency, and it is useless
without konqueror).
konqueror: should Recommend konqueror-nsplugins rather than Depending
on it. Not everyone will want to use the konqueror-nsplugins
package, so a strict Depends is not appropriate (especially
so since it's currently broken and crashes every few seconds,
but even when fully working it's better as a Recommends).
