Sid has broken the toys again and taken on KDE 4.2.2. As KDE 4 has
[temporarily?] abandoned its own Kprinter, they now incestuously use
their patron's QPrinter which does not have a even/odd selection
option in its dialog. This is yet another KDE 4 regression compared
to the wonderful KDE 3.5.10 which did help us save the trees.
