This is not good. I'd suggest to bump the build dependency on libnm-utils-dev to (>= 0.7) to make sure it also compiles against the 0.7.0 version of network-manager (from experimental). Afaik the 0.7 networkmanager backend of solid is the one which is actively worked on.
