Package: kicker Version: 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-5 Severity: important
In kicker's taskbar options, there's a option called "show only minimized windows" which removes windows from taskbar when their windows are visible. There's a small bug that also removes windows from taskbar list even while their windows are invisible. To reproduce the bug, enable the show only minimized windows option from taskbar section, minimize a window, right click its button and select "shade" and the window will disappear from list. I don't know if alt+tab recovers the application since I use kompose as my fast task switcher. While this is a small annoyance for an experienced kde user, it's an annoyance and an important bug. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-686-bigmem (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages kicker depends on: ii kdebase-data 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-5 shared data files for the KDE base ii kdelibs4c2a 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-6 core libraries and binaries for al ii libc6 2.7-15 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.3.2-1 GCC support library ii libkonq4 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-5 core libraries for Konqueror ii libqt3-mt 3:3.3.8b-5 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libstdc++6 4.3.2-1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 2:1.1.5-2 X11 client-side library ii libxau6 1:1.0.3-3 X11 authorisation library ii libxcomposite1 1:0.4.0-3 X11 Composite extension library ii libxfixes3 1:4.0.3-2 X11 miscellaneous 'fixes' extensio ii libxrender1 1:0.9.4-2 X Rendering Extension client libra kicker recommends no packages.
