The original description of the bug can be found here: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170447 The thing is that libkdepim 4.1.1 contains one more function than 4.1.0 and libkmailprivate uses that, but the kmail package does not depend on libkdepim >= 4.1.1, just on 4.1.0. This causes this undefined symbol error.
