Package: konqueror Version: 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-5 Severity: wishlist This is a wish-list follow up to bug 496571 which I have now closed. The issue there was you had to go into the source code of SourceForge project pages (e.g., sourceforge.net/projects/plplot and many others I tried) to figure out that the javascript domains that should be configured are static.sourceforge.net and sourceforge.net. (The second domain is obvious, but not the first unless you look at the html source.)
Not every konqueror user has the expertise to figure out from html source code which domains are used by javascript so I am asking for a konqueror javascript confirmation system for domains similar to what is currently done for cookies. For cookies if you specify the confirm option, all domains you confirm get permanently added to the list of domains where cookies are accepted. I use that system all the time and really like it. konqueror needs something similar for javascript so users don't have to dive into html source to figure out which domains need to be specified to get javascript to work.
