Hi,
This is a duplicate of bug #457487, where it was traced back to a call
of a libpam routine to set an environment variable to a NULL pointer.
The pointer should never have been NULL, and this condition should have
been checked.
This condition renders any remote connection non-working, also vnc, I
had to switch to xdm to get this functionality back.
Please, someone fix this.
