Well, it works fine here obviously, otherwise I wouldn't have proposed the patch. Could you please try to narrow down the problem, if it's Xen related or because of the remove login. Could you also please be a bit more specific about the error kernel error message. Could you install kdebase-dbg and get us a backtrace.
