No chance to make it work for me, it seems. Because I used a combination of libpam-devperm and udev to manage access rights, I removed all that and created a new user who belongs to his own group, to dialout, cdrom, floppy, audio, video and plugdev. I restarted dbus and then logged in as the new user, but I still get the error message. Maybe you have an fstab-entry for the usb floppy drive? I found out that with an fstab-entry the error does not occur. But I do not want to create an entry for a hotpluggable device.
