Hi! I have been analyzing packages for the piuparts test, and have observed that ~13 packages fail the piuparts because kcontrol doesn't purge the some files. The gzipped log of the piuparts run for kcontrol is attached. The problem is that the process Install Stable kcontrol -> upgrade to sid -> purge seems to let the following files remain unremoved: /etc/hotplug not owned /etc/hotplug/usb not owned /etc/hotplug/usb/logitechmouse owned by: kcontrol /etc/hotplug/usb/logitechmouse.usermap owned by: kcontrol Please consider fixing this bug, as it is a Lenny release recommendation [1].
