Hi! I was just about to submit a bug report describing the same symptoms using current sid kmail. So please take this as a confirmation that the bug still exists.
Also, the workaround of using the setting "automatically expunge" in account
general config, still works as well.
Our IMAP server is whatever Sun has chosen to include in its Sun One Java
Messaging service (or whatever its name is nowadays: it used to change it
name every time Sun fixed a bug in it and I lost track). Also, I usually have
two kmails open at two computers, accessing the same imap server.
