Happened on my PC at work after today update. Happened again on my laptop at home tonight. I did not chnage the kde configuration nor the Xorg.conf file and in both case keyboard is french. After typyng passwd as I should on a us keyboard, keyboard is later correctly set in konsole. BTW le up and down arrow do not work.
