Dominik Haumann, one of the Kate developers, just blogged recently that there
is now a dedicated seciton for Kate highlighting files on kde-files.org

My nroff.xml is rather a proposal than a completed version. I need at
least someone to test
syntax highlighting for nroff because I'm relatively new to this
language. If someone does
this and says that it works well - no problem, I will place it on kde-files.
P.S. I think I will make some changes to this file soon (when will be
spending more time for
writing mans)...
