If you chose one of the geman layouts de or de-2 you can see that the
colors for the fingers in the upper "number"-line are assigned wrong.
Eg: 2-w-s-x are for the left ringfinger but that's wrong, it should be
3-w-s-x (3 instead of 2)

or compare it to the de-ch layout, which is very similar to the german
layout.
This bug renders the package useless for german users.
