Is Kdewebdev avaiable for AMD64?

I have installed Debian etch/ testing on my PC (AMD 64)

So my Problem:

I tried to install KDE on my AMD 64 PC but it can't install Kdewebdev.


So I thought that the packages not available for this architecture.

So what can I do that KDE is running on my PC?
