Justification: causes non-serious data loss
Kate as found in package version 3.5.1-1 often but not always crashes
while loading or saving a file. When that happens while saving, a
download-progress-like dialog remains on screen, which seems to indicate
that Kate is doing a backup with a trailing "~" in the file name.
Never had such a problem in previous version. The bug obviously causes
data loss when it occurs while saving a file.

Problem is gone in 3.5.4.
