I compiled knetwalk from source:
# apt-get install libkdegames-dev

Setting up libkdegames-dev (3.5.2-1+b2)
#
$ cd /tmp/
$ svn co -N svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.5/kdegames
kdegames
$ svn co
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.5/kde-common/admin
kdegames/admin
$ cd kdegames
$ svn up knetwalk
$ make -f Makefile.cvs
$ ./configure
$ make
$ ./knetwalk/src/knetwalk
It doesnt crash :p
