Hi Pierre, It still does not work correctly for the Test button here and you confirm it doesn't work for you for the Test button either. So the bug isn't unreproducible. If the Test button doesn't work, then I think there is something seriously wrong. I find I can print simple documents, but anything complex such as a web page with a couple of frames doesn't print correctly and reports the same error. For example http://www.groklaw.net doesn't print and returns a similar error message. Can you confirm you can print groklaw? Mark
