this problem also applies to many other packages.
It seems that specifying
Exec=/usr/share/kshisen ...
breaks kicker. When you put the application in an application button
in kicker and click on it, kicker stalls until the application is closed
again after which it reports it could not start the application.
The solution to this is to specify
Exec=kshisen ...
(So no path to the command).
Then Kicker works as expected.
