When I use in KDE Vorbis OGG or MP3 (other compressed files shall do the same)
sound files as system sounds (via aRts), they're not ringing when system
sounds' volume is not maximal. This problem is not with waves. I did not
check whether this problem is with external players.
I do not know whether this problem is in aRts itself or in KDE, because any
other sources with this files works via aRts without maximal volume. Also
this problem does not occurs when system sounds' volume is maximal. (Maybe
the volume setup is bad? But with waves it works.)
