Package: kmail
Version: 4:3.1.3-1
Severity: normal

In previous versions of kmail a long word would not be wrapped, so a URL that's
longer than 80 characters will be displayed and sent intact. In the latest
version it seems that URLs will be broken on a '/'.

This is wrong, word-wrap should do exactly that, and wrap on word boundaries
(IE white-space). Ideally there would be special-case code to wrap on a '-'
IFF the "word" did not start with "http://"; or other significant text. But
lacking that level of sophistication it would be best to only wrap on
white-space.
