Dear Maintainer,
I'm trying out Debian 13 (trixie) KDE and tried to use the default window
manage (Wayland). Everything worked on my laptop, but when I plugged in my
external monitors I ran into an issue.
The monitors work and display things, but when I bring up the System Settings
and try to change their position and orientiation, nothing happens.
It appears that the change takes place on the small GUI display of virtual
monitors, but for the real (software) desktop they remain in their old
locations - off to the 'right' of my laptop display.
