I've only uploaded the packages with actual code changes. Upstream KDE always 
releases all packages whether or not they contain actual changes since the last 
point release.

With the release approaching I've taken the time to document all changes in the 
changelogs so if you read them you'll see that the packages actually contain 
even the 6.3.6 commits up to when I did the upload plus some additional changes 
that upstream only ships in 6.4 but I deemed the benefit / risk ratio 
interesting enough to warrant a backport.

More testing of these packages currently sitting in unstable is very welcome 
since they have a good chance of being what we release for Trixie.

Packages would need (not be key packages) or (have autopkgtest test suites) to 
migrate automatically at this stage of the release freeze.

None check the second condition and many not the first either. So I'll actually 
have to file manual unblock requests for each, thus the above trimming.
