Ever since using KDE Plasma 6 over 5, Dolphin would not show tooltips. The
option for showing tooltips in the Dolphin preferences was also removed.
How can tooltips be shown again?

I don’t think the complete tooltip with the detailed info still exists in the
Qt6/KF6 version of Dolphin.
You do have the side information panel that shows the same information in a
more fixed place.
This panel was broken and missing in 4:25.04.0-1 but it’s fixed in Dolphin
4:25.04.2-1 currently sitting in unstable.
There still exists a tooltip in a more simpler form that only shows the
complete name of files with long names that are elided on the file grid view.
So closing this bug.
