Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? - attempted update of trixie system running
KDE Plasma, and updates were not installed due to dependency issue w/
libkdecorations package.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? Attempted update from commandline with 'apt update', 'apt
upgrade'. When packages were not upgraded, I also attempted from the Plasma UI
(Discover) where I received the error regarding dependency resolution.
* What was the outcome of this action? Packages including breeze,
kwin-common, and plasma-desktop could not be upgraded.
* What outcome did you expect instead? Upgrade to Plasma 6.3 from Plasma
6.2.5-1
