With the introduction on Qt6, several Qt packages have stopped building for specific architectures and are asked to be removed for them. Please check the blocked bugs for details:

kde-baseapps (konqueror)
kde-standard, kdegraphics (okular)

These packages are also stopped from migrating to testing as long as they are 
not removed on those archs.
