I have no more icons from the breeze theme : neither on login screen nor on
lockscreen, logout screen, in the Application Menu, in task Manager or in system
tray.
Downgrading back to 6.7.4 everything works

You're missing "qt6-svg-plugins". It is a recommended package of
libqt6gui6 which you have installed.
Either you don't install recommended packages or somehow it wasn't
installed in the latest round of upgrades.
