Something seems to have broken in the upgrade from plasma 6.6 to 6.8 as
breeze is broken in plasmashell as well, oxygen still seems to work.

Since upgrading KDE Plasma from 5 to 6, the SDDM login screen is simply white
and hard to see any icons. This only happens when using the Debian Breeze theme
