Package: qml6-module-qtquick3d Version: 6.7.2-5 Severity: serious Justification: installation failure from dpkg
When coinstalling qml6-module-qtquick3d, apt and dpkg disagree. apt thinks it is satisfiable, but dpkg not: | dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of qml6-module-qtquick3d:amd64: | qml6-module-qtquick3d:armel (6.7.2-5) breaks qml6-module-quick3d and is unpacked but not configured. | qml6-module-qtquick3d:amd64 (6.7.2-5) provides qml6-module-quick3d. | | dpkg: error processing package qml6-module-qtquick3d:amd64 (--configure): | dependency problems - leaving unconfigured You cannot combine the three of: * Provides: qml6-module-quick3d * Breaks: qml6-module-quick3d * Multi-Arch: same While apt ignores self-conflicts across architectures, dpkg considers them valid and refuses to coinstall. In principle, this is a problem in apt or dpkg (or both), but at present you cannot use this metadata. Removing any of these lines fixes the problem (while introducing other problems of course). I fear I don't have a good solution, but this is broken. Don't shoot the messenger please. Helmut
