Package: kde-telepathy-call-ui
Version: 0.6.3-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I tried to install the package kde-telepathy-call-ui and was
astonished at the amount of dependency packages it tries to
bring in. What surprised me the most was all the dependencies
on gstreamer. Shouldn't KDE applications depend exclusively
on phonon? I mean, isn't this the whole point of using phonon,
to make KDE applications independent of the backend? I use the
VLC backend for phonon and don't want to install zillions of
gstreamer dependencies in order to have telepathy installed.
