There is nothing to consider here really. We simply cannot enable smb-
support at this stage because of missing dependencies.
To enable it, we need updated versions of KDSoap & kdsoap-ws-discovery-
client. As long as they are not available in Debian, we cannot enable 
smb-support.
So if you really want smb, please help updating those 2 libraries.
