indeed, I’ve opened a bug upstream for this.
Though very hidden, you can work around this manually.
In the configuration file of your Konsole profile if you set the font size to
-1 it will scale with the current zoom level.
You’ll find profiles configuration files in :
~/.local/share/konsole/${profile}.profile
The size is the second field just after the font name.
In Plasma 6 the default emoji font is already Noto emoji so you can more easily
live with it and not trigger the bug.
