Backporting is not really an option (the patch would be over 20.000 lines). Unfortunately, you cannot just update this one package. KDE PIM as a whole needs to be updated. We're in the process of updating KDE PIM to 24.08.0, but some 50 packages need to be ported from Qt 5 to Qt 6 with the majority having to go through manual review by the FTP masters.
