I haven't been able to reproduce this issue as you described it. Can you please provide some more information: Are you using plasma? In the Keyboard tab under System Settings -> Input Devices, what are your settings for when a key is held, and does it work in the test area? I'm attaching a screenshot of what this looks like on my system, in case of locale differences. If you are not using plasma, please describe your environment and any other steps to reproduce the issue. Thanks sney
