Unfortunately, superkaramba is comprised of only one binary, /usr/bin/superkaramba, so we can't split out XMMS support into a separate package (if it were possible, we'd definitely do it). For now, keeping XMMS support is probably a good idea, since XMMS is still a popular package. But it is declining in popularity, and perhaps when KDE4 is uploaded post-Etch we'll finally disable it. Until then, you'll have to have XMMS if you want superkaramba. But XMMS and gtk-1.2 don't take up much space, and the Menu Editor can be used to remove XMMS from the KDE menu, so it shouldn't really be a problem for users. Cheers, Christopher Martin
