Hi, I'm new to Debian packaging, and have interest in MarkNote, want to package it for Debian. Since MarkNote is listed in KDE applications [https://apps.kde.org/marknote/], I think that I should ask some packaging problems here:
1. Is there any work on MarkNote in progress? 2. Can I start package it without debian-qt-kde team's permit? 3. If there are some special requests about KDE apps, like where the source code repo should be placed? Thanks.
