Summary: advance notice on intent to rename a package you are build-depending on. No immediate action is required.
-- kdesvn, kdesdk and rapidsvn Build-Depend on libsvn0-dev at present. I intend to rename libsvn0-dev to libsvn-dev before the etch release, because libsvn0 will become libsvn1. I don't yet know exactly when this will happen - basically whenever apache 2.2 hits Debian. No source-level changes should be needed between libsvn0 and libsvn1. The ABI change is a matter of using 64-bit file offset parameters. The next upload of libsvn0-dev will Provides: libsvn-dev, so you can change your packages at that time. (Note, since it will be a Provides, you can't use a versioned build-dep, but that should not be needed.) I don't know when we'll be able to upload to unstable - that's blocking on neon 0.25.
