This looks a lot like upstream KDE bug#360478 [1], which was fixed in Plasma 5.24.5 quite some time ago. According to the bug report you're currently running Debian 11/bullseye. We recently released Debian 12/bookworm with Plasma 5.27.5 and we're not going to fix more bugs in Debian 11/bullseye.
