kdebase-kio-plugins from experimental depends on libdbus-qt-1-1c2,
which is the needed library (not the qt4 one). If you install
'kdebase', kdebase-kio-plugins will be automatically installed. Be
sure to install kdebase-kio-plugins' Recommends.
